There was a huge misunderstanding about our bill. Unfortunately when I went back to the hotel when I saw the charge the man at the counter didn’t understand the charge either. By the time I reached the manager Sunday I was fuming but she was very kind and explained that we were not charged for smoking. This is a great location to go see Niagara falls, it wasn't too far away and it was away from all the congestion. We also went to the Buffalo zoo and that was great too! There's a Wegmans and a tops grocery store right across the street and that was great to pick up stuff we forgot and it was a great place to grab dinner one night!! They both had fresh sandwiches, soups, salads even macaroni and cheese. It was a great alternative to going to a restaurant every night. Also the hotel breakfast was good, there's plenty of choices to choose from for a great start to your day!!

The staff were extremely friendly from the check in to check out and all points in between. The room was very good, not great. Im very particular about hotel room details so I saw minor flaws in the bathroom that made me do a double take. Not a huge deal but I did notice. I was there as a quick trip to Niagara Falls.
